DL Invest Group is one of the most dynamically developing Polish investors operating on the commercial property market. Its portfolio includes office, logistics and retail centers. Carefully selected locations, well thought-out, detailed architectural designs, execution in accordance with the restrictive requirements of international quality certificates – the group’s portfolio already includes nearly 2,000,000 square meters of real estate. It is worth noting that all the projects under construction remain the property of the investor, who manages them within the portfolio of his own assets. At present, the real estate market has no better guarantee of stability and the highest quality of services provided to tenants. The tectonics and character of the building are intended to highlight significant changes and express urban life. The characteristic rhythm and harmony of the façade layout reflect the contrast and mixture of colorful history and a bold look into the future. The office estate “DL Center Point Katowice Korfantego” promises to be even more interesting. The complex consists of three buildings, including two impressive skyscrapers. The multifunctional campus is one of the most important elements in the plan to revitalize the district and a symbol of the transformation of Upper Silesia – from an industrial region to a region dominated by a knowledge-based economy. The design of these towers clearly refers to the best traditions of Silesian modernist architecture and integrates well with the existing urban fabric.
Both facilities have been designed in accordance with the BREEAM certificate guidelines. The facilities are equipped with all installations and facilities required for class A+ buildings, including photovoltaic panels and a BMS system for managing and billing energy consumption, which allows not only to protect the environment but also to increase user comfort and reduce maintenance costs. The logistics segment is equally important in the development strategy of DL Invest Group. In this segment “DL Invest Park Psary” located in Psary (Silesia region) is the leading investment, which will ultimately offer nearly 320,000 square meters of lease space. Thanks to this investment, it will become one of the largest logistics centers in Poland.

Excellent connection thanks to the road junction built with the investor’s own funds, high standard of the halls, 24-hour security and above all the possibility of expansion in the coming years are the factors attracting tenants such as Geffco, Media Expert or Still. The tenants also appreciate the economic and ecological efficiency of the investment. DL Invest Group has created a logistics park, whose operating costs are low and which is environmentally friendly. Insulated walls, rainwater recovery system, grey water recycling and ecological heating system are just a few of the reasons why organizing a business here is simply profitable.
All existing halls are already leased and the investor has started building another facility – hall C3 with a total area of more than 34,000 square meters. In addition, as part of “DL Invest Park Dębica” located in Dębica (Podkarpackie Province), another hall in the BTS (built-to- suit) formula is currently being built. The building was designed according to the operational and technological needs of Hutchinson BSS Poland. It is an extension of the existing satisfactory cooperation, which means new employment opportunities for local residents. Hall 1, which was built within “DL Invest Park Dębica” also in the BTS formula for the same tenant with an area of 21,000 square meters, is fully operational from 2017 onwards. Listening to the tenants’ needs pays off.
